Traci Sanderson, Ph.D., LPC
Industrial and Organizational Psychologist, Licensed Professional Counselor
CEO & Founder of PsyCap Solutions, LLC
I have a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and have been a Licensed Professional Counselor for over 20 years. I am committed to helping companies hire the right people, develop talented employees, and build great leaders and teams – the reason I started PsyCap Solutions.
I am certified in Hogan Assessments. I absolutely love the abundance of information these assessments deliver to the client. More importantly, I love witnessing client self-awareness and insights that help facilitate development and behavioral change.
I have a passion for positive psychology, understanding human behavior, coaching, and psychological capital (hope, self-efficacy, resilience, and optimism). I believe we are all unique and gifted. Shining light on our strengths brings positive change and impacts performance.
One of my strengths is building relationships and providing feedback in an efficient and productive manner that helps the client understand their strengths and how to capitalize on them. By identifying our strengths we can develop and manage human resources to achieve our goals and obtain success.
Originally I am from Michigan, but I have lived in Ohio, France, and Spain, and now reside in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. I grew up participating in a variety of sports and was a division 1 collegiate athlete. The value of organized sports has impacted so many facets of my life. Early on I learned the value of time management, commitment, being a team player, self-confidence, competition, humility, resiliency, and striving toward goal achievement and success. These competencies transfer to our professional lives and our personal lives. I believe it is those that learn to balance both are the most satisfied and successful in all areas of life.
